This Privacy Policy explains how RigelTec collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Shared Lists mobile app.

Who operates Shared Lists
Shared Lists is operated by RigelTec. For privacy and support requests, you can contact RigelTec at support@rigeltec.com.
Information we collect
Shared Lists collects information needed to provide sign-in, synchronization, sharing, and notifications.
- Account information: email address, display name, profile photo if provided through Google sign-in, and user identifier.
- List content: list names, list type, invite codes, grocery, task, school, packing, gift, pharmacy, house, or custom items, item comments, assignments, due dates, recurrence settings, completion status, and timestamps.
- Notification information: push notification tokens and device platform when notifications are enabled.
- Technical information: basic service logs and security information processed by Firebase and Google Cloud to operate the app.
Information we do not collect
Shared Lists does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, payment information, health information, financial information, photos, videos, or microphone recordings.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account.
- To sync shared lists and items between authorized users.
- To show names or comments to other members of a shared list.
- To send push notifications about relevant list activity.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot app problems.
Sharing with other users
When you join or create a shared list, other members of that list can see list content, item content, comments, assignments, completion status, and display names associated with those actions.
Third-party services
Shared Lists uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, real-time sync, and notifications. These services process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
We keep account and list data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the app. If you delete a list, associated list content is deleted from the app database. Some service logs may be retained temporarily by Firebase or Google Cloud for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Shared Lists account and associated data at rigeltec.com/shared-lists/delete-account/ or by emailing support@rigeltec.com from the email address used for your account. You can also delete individual lists and items directly in the app without deleting your account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Shared Lists uses Firebase security rules and authenticated access controls so list data is available only to authorized list members.
Children
Shared Lists is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
